In Frigiliana stands the beautiful building that now serves as a distillery and packaging factory for cane honey. The Palace of the Counts of Frigiliana is not currently open to the public. Currently, this imposing mansion serves as the production site for the only cane honey manufactured in Europe. The history and craftsmanship of the old sugar factory are preserved in this beautiful building, which now plays an essential role in the production of cane honey.
